Default Gating in-zone can bug melee(PvP)/character position

While playing on red, several times now I have had encounters with players who could not be hit by melee/ or were ghosted on my screen (they were in front of me but far out of range in reality).

This seems to be triggered by people gating in the zone they are bound in.At least thats my best guess.

Might I add that this goes on well AFTER they have gated. For example I engaged a player (who I suspected gated in zone before I encountered them) to find I could not use melee attacks on them, but could cast.

It's already fixed pending patch. (Also occurs when they shadowstep far away, etc.)
