Default absent UI at character select screen

Edit; I figured this out. 'Enter' while at character select will load the game, and from there the problem can be fixed.

Whenever i tab out of eq I have to manually resize the game via options>display>fullscreen, and then change the resolution to fit my screen.

Well, during the recent lag my client crashed while I was tabbed out, and now when I log back in I am stuck in windowed mode.

I can connect fine, there is no change to the log in/server select screens, and nothing changes with various resolution settings in my eqclient file. Also, nothing changes by resetting the client (via right-clicking the shortcut>properties) to open in window/fullscreen/normal or any other resolution option.

The problem is that once I get to the character select screen, I see my character and the connection is fine, but the UI (including the "enter world" button) is not there. I even started up in windowed mode and then used Alt+Enter to go into fullscreen, but this does not reveal the UI. F10 doesnt help.

Does anyone know what file stores the information on whether the client was closed in fullscreen or windowed mode? Or if there is any other way to fix this...

Thank you in advance!
