I thought it was pretty good.

Whoever wrote Natalie Portman's part sucked though, she should win an award for being the perfect stereotypical 'weak female protagonist'.

Was Jane Foster equally pointless in the comics?

Edit and I agree they made her character weak sauce. IDK about the comics. Sif was way more cool and hawt.
