Gearing my Necro

Hi All,

Im only lvl 13 but some of you have been fantastic in helping me out and I am already in the wonderfully classic Oracle Robe [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.].

That being said, there is one item right now I covet the most to complete my gnome of billy badass set.

I believe one time it was called the Staff of Writhing. I have a couple of items to trade for it but I dont really know what its worth.

I know I will post in EC tunnel but since more people look here and this is more of a cosmetic thing than a stat thing I was hoping for some luck.

Staff of Writhing sells for around 200pp. Shouldn't be too hard to save that.

Always hated necros in an Oracle Robe. It's too bright and shiny, damnit!

1st rule of necros... gear is optional! They're a great choice for anyone new to the server as you're levelling someone that can farm loot and doesn't require any gear while doing so (unlike warriors, for example).

Yeah, like Swish says. You can get to level 50 naked. Doesn't really make a whole lot of difference. Mage pretty much the same except Pet Focus items do help.

I understand necro's can be naked, if you took the time to look at the stats on the staff you would see this is not a play for stats this is a play for vanity and uber coolness looking

Well the staff is cheap. But there is a reason for it. It is crap except for the look. But what the heck. Its only money. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Not too many Battle Nerco's around. With a cap of like 75 on 1hb skill good luck hitting anything with that delay let alone it proc's.
