Quad Kiting in KC

Hello, I am currently a level 53 druid (I need to update my signature) killing seafuries in OOT for both exp and plat purposes. I was wondering if it is possible to quad kite mobs in KC pulling from the moat and kititng along right or left corner? If so could it be done at level 54 with 200 WIS & a Lumnistaff?

Or do all druids just root rot mobs in KC?
