20-40
PBAoE Classes recommended for 20-40. Classes without PBAoE are much harder to PL via 60 bard but can be done via proxy with someone who does have a PBAoE or mage pet sacrifice.

40-60
Greatly dislike PLing in this bracket but I will. PBAoE classes it is much more efficient, but others can be done with at least JBoots or SoW / SoW pots and MUST have some competency in maintaining low HP aggro (must maintain under 21% health via self nuke or duel).

1.5k per level up to 20.
2.5k per level between 20-40.
3.5k+ per level above 40.

I charge by level because I can do levels 20-40 in under 4 hrs. It wouldn't make sense to charge by the hour when I'm super efficient.
