Unbinding Quest Journal from Alt+Q

Anyone know if this is possible? I'm not seeing an option for displaying the quest journal in the options window. Is this a server-side setting that cannot be changed?

I can bind it to other options in the UI without it showing up red as being conflicting. And have it work for that action. But it pops up the quest window at the same time. Pretty annoying.

pretty sure this can't be removed.

somewhere in the EQ folder there is a config list of keybindings that *might* have that setting. I'll try to pull it up and get back to you.

pondering if removing the actual ui xml file for the window would prevent it from opening. I guess I could drag it off screen tho and it really wouldn't matter any more since the key binding still does what I want it to.
