Rogue - Weapon Upgrade Advice Please?

I am looking to upgrade my weapons on a limited budget. That may not be possible at the point I'm at but I'm looking for general advice anyway.

I'm a 32 Rogue and I'm currently using these weapons:

Mainhand: Bone Razor
Offhand: Iksar Berserker Club

(I also just finished my Burning Rapier quest, so I could use that for my offhand if I decided to sell my IBC for cash.)

I typically have around 1000p on me at any given moment, so I don't have the biggest wallet to work with and this character is my highest level, so farming a twink weapon or something is out of the question.

I'm thinking about purchasing a Crystalline Short Sword which is a little more realistic than getting a Serpent's Tooth for my main hand (although I can dream!)

My 1H Slashing skill also sucks, so the CSS would be a weird choice, but not the end of the world by any means.

I also plan on starting my Epic as soon as I possibly can (Level 46? or 50?), so maybe that should factor in my weapon buying ideas?
