Everyone wants to PVP in MMO's however no one wants to be "Griefed".

The people who say, "I only like to PVE", C'mon lets be real you would love to kill that jerk or engage in some friendly PVP you just don't want to be bothered while leveling.

What I don't get about the rule set why not just keep it Exactly the same (since apparently this server merge with Teams PVP is coming just a matter of time)

but just add teams as a rule, with of course the option of discord. With the discord you should become attackable by any race/faction/deity at all times as well as be able to attack. But this should also Add or decrease faction points. if you are a high elf and you kill high elves they should no longer welcome you into felwithe and their allies should look cautiously at you as well.

you would think this would not only keep the average pvp'er happy but also keep the career griefers happy as well. While I am on the side of FFA pvp I am willing to try anything to help the server gain population. What I have noticed from cruising through the forums is a lot of people level a long time on the blue and simply put are bored move over to red find its low pop (however really not that bad) and move back to blue or put the game away again.

So my suggestion is this...

Why change anything, just add teams and Discord.

You spend so much time on this game to become more powerful and for what? To kill a mindless mob?

Just my opinion, Thoughts?

I really want the PVP red to gain traction, mostly because I truly think the community is just a better more welcoming one, of course besides the select few which people talk about but even they still are a vital part of the game... Consider them a "Villian" arch nemesis or what ever you want to call them.

You need people like me, I'm the bad guy... -Scarface. there is truth to that.

Without evil there would be no good or vis versa.
