Game Mechanics: Drunken Communication Broken

In Live 1999 when you spoke and were drunk, your words were scrambled. I was in Grudge Bearers (Fennin Ro RP Guild) and I distinctly remember that the words would be more scrambled the more drunk you were. We would have dwarven drinking parties in Kaladim on a regular basis to max out Alcohol Tolerance.

We used to use the : emote to communicate because it would remain unscrambled where as gu/ooc/say/etc would quickly become worthless for serious communication.
