Game Mechanics: Attempting to Cast a spell immediately upon zoning freezes actions

If you cast a spell immediately upon zoning or entering the game, then the spell will not go off AND you will be unable to do any commands such as /camp, you will be unable to cast any spells, to mem any spells, to pick up any items or swap any gear.

To reproduce: the casting must be immediate upon zoning, it doesnt have to be an insta-cast spell, but it must be super quick.

This has happened to me many times, and I was wondering if we could get a fix for it.

Had this happen yesterday. As soon as I logged on I attempted to cast gate. No cast message but it was stuck in cast mode. Thought the server was crashing or something. Logged off and back on and everything worked fine after that.
