P99 Custom Computer?

Quick question for the tech savy. I know at least some of you take great pride in your knowledge of all things tech. This ones for you.

Is there a rough price range on what a computer made solely for playing eq would cost to make?

I play on a mac via Bootcamp and have tried just about everything there is available on forums to get the correct framerate without the dramatic and random slows/hitching that seems to be fixed by editing the number of processors your computer uses.

Nothing works for me, could be user error. I would hate to think that though, as the one guy in this community who spends more than half of my eqtime just trying to log on I'd like to think that I've covered all my bases, twice.

If any of you out there are in the market for some freelance work and interested in making a custom computer hit me up. Don't think it would cost too much, but finding the older parts might give ya some trouble.

Also open to any suggestions on where I might go to get a computer like this made.

Not open to links about fucking processor affinities, duxa all-in-one or any other bullshit that someone who both speaks and reads english with a intense passion for eq would not find by spending ~40 hours lurking for already.
