A title is one way of showing everyone when you cross them your a badass in pvp.

To be able to work your way up the list would be fun (i beleave) To only Gain infamy from 1 title under you or above you offen meens your fighting someone with equal skill or gear. It can also Bring pvp to you becuase everyone under you want's your infamy everyone want's to be a badass you cant all be french =))

To implement groop vs groop infamy You jusy Gain Much less infamy for that kill.
