Second time in a week some late night downtime has gone on for the longest time I've seen in a year+ of playing. Rudderless ship confirmed?

No one steering the ship on the late shift? Basically. Hours with no response seems pretty weak, even for a free server. Especially one of the best out there.

Frequent downtime hurts the servers image. Since the Las Vegas weekend, it seemed as if everyone had a bit of hope for improvements on both sides. Wondering if that was the case or just my blind faith.

one of the biggest problem this server has is not enough staff with the power to do anything. It all comes down to rogean when the server is rebooted and stuff like that. Anyone can tell you, that is no way to run a legit operation, while he is obviously around 90% of the time to fix things, its that 10% time that the server is down for 6+ hours for no good reason other then there was noone around at that time with the seniority/authority to fix the situation.

They need more staff, but who wants to do the work for free, and who is a trustworthy GM? I say cut them some slack. No staff is better than bad staff.
