Miscellaneous: Veeshan's Peak Minimum Level?

Been searching high and low for information regarding the minimum level to enter Veeshan's Peak, this is rather difficult information to pin down considering the length of time between Kunark, guilds actually getting into VP, epics, and the release of Velious coming within 8 months of each other. And the wealth of bad links with the update to live allowing anyone 55+ to enter without key.

Addition sourcing on this issue would be appreciated. Will keep searching myself.

Currently on P99: a level 1 can enter the zone with VP key.

It takes atleast being lvl 53 to enter, and the key, otherwise, same thing as trying to go into plane of fear without being 46.
