Miscellaneous: Argyn Shieldstan drops wrong sword

I believe Argyn Shieldstan in qeynos aqueducts is currently dropping the wrong weapon.

When I killed him on p99 he dropped a rusty two handed sword. I believe this to be wrong; he should drop the regular two handed sword. I say this as on live I trashed my shaman's faction with the blood sabres by killing this guy and I remember he NEVER dropped a rusty two handed sword, he ALWAYS dropped the regular two handed sword.

I decided to verify my memory and magelo has no reports of a rusty 2hs dropping, only the regular one dropped. Because magelo isn't close to the era we are looking at I tried to find an older source, allakhazam. On the mob's profile on allah my memory was confirmed; plenty of posts dated 2001+ commenting on how poor Argyn Shieldstan is an easy mob for a mid level characters (especially shamans!) to kill and that he drops a Two Handed Sword, making him a great spot to solo for xp/cash at that level.

I can't find earlier commentary on this mob's weapons (but he is confirmed to exist pre-velious), and i certainly can't find evidence anywhere of him ever dropping a rusty two hander instead of the regular one.

In short, change Qeynos Aqueduct's Argyn Shieldstan's loot table to be 100% drop Two Handed Sword and remove the 100% drop rusty two handed sword.
