I did it! I read through the entire Systolic 90 page diatribe. What do I get? Where is my prize?

Since I can't post on that forum post anymore, let's make like a good sitcom and have a recap episode on how our experiences of reading through 90 pages of verbal diarrhea changed our outlook on life.
