Default EQ resolution messed up after crash, need help

Alright so I was randomly playing(I use ramdisk) I have had this happen before with no issues, And I lost power due to a storm. Upon booting up windows 7 again though this time my resolution was reverted to 800x600, I thought no problem i can just set it back to where it was and I did but it still was off, certain things on the screen weren't in focus like it wasn't just right. Quick google showed similar issues and system restore fixed the windows resolution issue.

Now for the main part, Everquest. I logged in and EQ was half the size of my screen and I figured the same thing, NP I can go change video resolution when I get in game. After changing it back to my normal resolution I noticed my UI didn't fit. I thought maybe something was off and just re-made it, until I noticed that my chat channels and such did not fit. Looking back at a screenshot from the other day I compared them and the old SS is wider then the newer one. By about 2 inches in game, Hopefully the screenshots size can explain it a bit better because I haven't been able to fix this yet and do not have a reason why its not going as big.

Just take a look at the side how the first is wider then the second.

AFTER, If you notice I cannot fit the ooc chat 6 on the bottom right. I had to move it

Any help or insight into this problem is greatly appreciated. I just cannot for the life of me figure out what happened and or if it was tied in to the windows resolution somehow. I have ran it from eqemulauncher as well as wineq, tried configuring multiple different settings. I will continue to google around but I don't see me finding a answer to this on google for EQ. This place is my best chance.
