Game Mechanics: Inventory Item "deleted" when using modrod

I was finally able to reproduce this one, albeit on accident [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Environment:
- Fear Plane
- Inventory w/ no available base slots (all full of items or bags)
- Nothing on cursor to start w/

Repro steps:
1. Pick up modrod.
2. Click item or bag in inventory to swap w/ modrod.
3. With item still on cursor, right-click modrod in inventory to use it.
4. Error received "item missing in slot xxx (xxx) item deleted".

Result:
- Modrod still visible in inventory. Haven't been able to confirm if you actually get the mana, lose the HP from the rod, or if the rod is still usable. Mostly, this is due to panic over missing bag [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] I'll try to remain calm if it happens again and test this.
- Bag or item swapped for modrod is missing. (not visible, not discoverable).
- Camp out to restore original bag or item.
- Modrod is no longer available after camping and returning.

No other obvious side effects. Not a P0 obviously - but scary the first time you run into it. I've only seen this in Fear, but it was on two separate days.
