Iirc, Holyforge was undead only and was introduced in velious.

Almost sure. Ask Alanus if you see him online. I swear he was soloing KC basement with Holyforge and Great Spear of the Dawn or something in that era.

As a SK at the time I thought it was totally BS and unbalanced to not have a similar thing and was totally gelly and even enraged at times.

holyforge allowed u to crit in normal mobs but to land cripss in undead only.

the disc + aas+ would mean a higher chance of proc slay undead for greater damage , didint last much as a paladin could pull a 10k slay in early luclin.

was fixed around same time they nerfed destroyed paladin luclin spell thunder of karana (most everquest breaking spell ever)

it is very undead only. I believe the coding with the combat fury AA crossed wires with the disc and they didn't give enough shits to fix it so holyforge began +crit/crip chance on all mobs if you have combat fury
