Lavastorm spider cave?

I remember when I played EQ live there was a cave in Lavastorm ( I believe it was. Maybe a zone very similar to lavastorm I can't remember name of? ) That was filled to the brim with lavaspinner spiders. I can't seem to find it.

I remember leveling there on the Progression Server, Which if any of you played. You know that it start with simply EQ classic and had to work our way through the expansions. So it certainly exists...

The spiders you are describing were introduced with the Dragons of Norrath expansion circa 2005. That they appeared on the progression servers doesn't surprise me, but they are not classic.

The progression servers knocked my server (Trakanon, the last new blue server) to the ground. No interest in doing anything on live anymore, screwed over so many times - and I didn't fancy becoming "Swishxxxxxx" on Tunare :/
