Enchanter pve mez level restrictions are present in PvP. So have fun only being able to rapture lvl 60 players [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.].
Resist gear doesn't have much of an effect against non-lures, so necros are pretty weak too.

Thats why its important just to play the class you enjoy.
If you want to take cheap shots on guys engaged in PVE make a wizzie.

Eh if people weren't in a strong-ish full magic resist set, you'd see the occasional nuke land, definitely mezzes here and there after dispel/tash. Rapture/mana drain/theft of thought was used on people who were known not to be scared as phuk to wear gear. No drop cowards got absolutely butchered in live-early Velious (or late Velious if they weren't rolling deep in raid loot).
Unskilled wizards I'd see even get beat down the worst of the classes here. Druid much, much safer if you're kinda new.

Necros were kind of overpowered on live, from what I remember. And most enchanters were not great, but some exceptional players really made the class shine.
Here I think enchanter is more powerful than necro, thanks to resists being a little more balanced in their favor. But you really should play what appeals to you [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
