Ive been banned apparently

I am an occasional player, and I attempted to log in today after having not done so for like 6 months, but apparently I have been banned, how do I communicate with someone about this?

Thanks didnt realize there was a petition forum, I think I was banned because I use a VPN in china to get access to youtube and facebook and such, im guess I left it on and someone else in China was doing the same.
