I am new here starting in Qeynos.

Does anyone know of any quests in the area that will give you a minor bag used to combine?

Never started in Qeynos but if you rerolled Iksar the curscale armor quest comes with a free bag [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

In Qeynos, there are a few free bag options depending on your faction.

Wolten Grafe gives you a 6 slot container for collecting bones.
Vicus Nonad gives you a 10 slot container for collecting taxes.
Daedet Losaren gives you a 6 slot container for collecting donations.

etc.

These are all obtainable before leaving the city. <3 Qeynos.
