What should I do about my LS password?

Hi there everybody,

I changed the password to my shaman's account about a year ago to allow some friends to log into the character. However, immediately after I changed it, I was unable to log into it.

It seems I typed the password in wrong twice when I confirmed it. I have been locked out of the account for about a year, and I am just frustrated. GMs say they have no access to the LS password system, I am just stuck.

There's apparently no way for the password to be reset, and I have tried changing the password here using at least 2,000 variations on the password I intended, but nothing works. I am even starting to wonder if I had the wrong keyboard enabled at the time, you know where ;=ñ or y=z.

Has anybody else had a problem like this? How did you solve it?
