Spells: Shaman Stat Buffs Single/Talisman lines.

Shaman group buff Talisman line are delivering lower statistic increases than the single cast. Lucy has the change going in only 12 days after the initial entry, i would think that if this lower-value on the group cast was errant it was quickly fixed. I would think our timeline would have moved beyond this, no?

Talisman of the Raptor 50 DEX Mortal Deftness 60 DEX
Talisman of the Serpent 40 CHA Overwhelming Splendor [50 CHA]??

Talisman of the Brute 50 STA Riotous Health 60 STA


These are the values, the [Brackets] are spells i lack so i cannot test. At level 60 these are the resulting values. The single cast strength is giving too much strength, it's giving 72 when it should only be 68. The Talisman series all seem to deliver much lower and do not overtake the single casts, either (overwrite). Something is fuzzy with how these are and should be. I realize the date is later than Kunark but the entry is a week off of the upgrade, someone who knows better teach me?

Shaman group buff spells (Tumultuous Strength and the Talisman spells - Cat, Brute, Rhino, and Raptor) have been improved to be more in line with the single target versions of those spells.
