![]() I don't really like it.
I eat it with canned tuna, artichokes, and rarely on a steak sandwich. That being said, I had a craving for turkey sandwich on sourdough with salt and mayonnaise the other day, and I had everything except the mayonnaise handy. So, me being me, I looked up what Julia Child had to say on the issue, and she says any decent chef should be able to whipe up mayonnaise on a moments notice without hesitation. So, I did. And let me tell you comrades, it's a LOT FUCKING BETTER than best foods. I portioned about half of it and added toasted garlic. Just made a tuna sandwich with that aoli and now I want MOAR!!! Stop buying mayonnaise for chrissakes, it's easy to make and tastes WAY better when you DIY.
