Fastest possible experience path from 34-49

I know there are leveling threads all over the place, but I wanted to get some opinions on this particular range. This is for a necro.

On live, I think I did the bard in South Karana from 34-39ish maybe? At which point I headed to Lower Guk and did quite a bit of grouping. I also did the single spectre in Feerrott.

I'm looking to level as quickly as possible from 34-49.

What spots would be noteworthy for super speedy xp?
