Major Graphical Issue

ive run a couple searches and cant find anyone having the same issue as i am so here it goes.

all the character animations, from my own toon, to npcs are not working. everything that moves just looks like its gliding around, bats wings dont flap when they fly. it also seems like im running VERY fast and glitching around all over the place. other players have said they have seen me "skipping around"

anyone know what the problem is? halp please

It does sound like a dual/quad issue.

If you have an amd, search for amd core fix.

If you have intel, search for intel core fix.

problem solved, it was so stupid im not even gonna embarrass myself more by posting what it was, thank you all for pointing me in the right direction though

Just say what it was so anyone searching for similiar problems/solutions will have a possible fix.

for whatever reason i did not have "use one CPU" selected, fixed instantly. i r n00b
