NPC Spawn Issue: Dvinn not spawning on red99

Dvinn, in Crushbone, is either not spawning or is too rare on red99.

Does he have PH? I checked on him a few times and haven't seen him even after clearing the castle.

I was in crushbone on R99 maybe 3-4 days ago. Cleared castle 4 times and he popped once. Spawns same spot at live, by the window.

im pretty sure all u have to do it kill i think oracle and pawn that pop up there to get him to spawn .. if that doesnt work try killing royal guard but other than that i wouldnt both would TR... just wait ... if he doesnt spawn petition. This is from kunark live experience
