Weird Issue with TT / FV [connection?]

Alright first things first, my ms / ping to these zones is fine, a decent 50 - 60ms, and sometimes when I zone in everything is just fine and peachy. However, sometimes when I zone in, I cannot interact with anything in either zone ... for example, i cannot talk to vendors, i cannot hit the monsters, and so on.

Finally, /who works, for the zone, however anything related to the server itself (/who all, /tells to people anywhere but the zone) are completely screwed. it's almost as if i'm playing in an instance of the zone that doesnt work at all.

What I noticed in TT is even when myself and teh zone are getting along fine... if I start having packet loss and then I "reconnect" and stop lagging out, it will act like i've been completely detached from the server, and the zone goes dead essentially just like FV. During all of this, my ping is a very kindly 50 to 70 ms.

Please end my pain. The only way i can resolve these issues are /q, CTRL+ALT+DEL, zoning to a zone that doesn't suck (any of the adjacent zones... this involves crashing while zoning and relogging back in), and finally zoning back in / logging back in and crossing my fingers.
