Video freezes but can still interact?

After installing one of those texture patches, the HD one, sometimes my game freezes the video but i can still walk and talk and send inputs to the game. I think it might be one of the texture patches but anyone have an idea if this has happened to them?

Happened to me in some locations before I installed dgVoodoo. This may apply to you if you use an nvidia card.

I do use an Nvidia card. I googled the links for voodoo but theres a lot, can you paste which one you used to make it work? [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
