we gave up on drug addicts in this country decades ago lol and its obvious fentanyl had one purpose when it was designed. prolonging the suffering of people that broken for the few exceptions that prove the rule is pretty fucking cruel when you think about it. luckily it's one of those "thoughts and prayers" issues that people only babble about on social media instead of actually trying to solve considering anything you idiots would come up with would undoubtedly somehow make the situation worse.

iirc fentanyl is fully synthetic, other opioids still require organic inputs(poppies).
