A woman in charge is no different than a man in charge because individual qualities are going to determine someone’s competency, not their damn genitals
Now, that being said. There are some behaviors that most women tend to have, and there are many many more positive ones than negative. And the exact same goes for men. There are behaviors that most men tend to have, and once again, many many more positive ones than negative |
