Well if the staff wouldn't ban some of them, maybe the players can get rid of them.

Really don't see a problem with that.

New server + same players = same result, unless people change their attitude. A wipe is just a temporary solution, and history will simply repeat itself.

I agree, it would be entertaining. But it wouldn't solve the problem we're trying to solve here, so I don't see it as a reasonable solution.
