Ya or folks put ice in right before and it isn't given time to get cold. That ice needs to be soaking a minimum of 30 mins!

Margaret Sanger was a horrible horrible person. It wasn't exclusively targeted at black people though, she really just wanted anyone who she considered inferior, or of the "moron class" to be restricted from breeding.
