As much as I wanted to use a futurama gif about technical correctness... I think it's safe to assume that Rogean's definition of training and discussion of its illegality in that P99 Guidebook thread only applies to blue. Red didn't even exist yet when he wrote that, after all.

Ya he spends hours and hours fixing things most of the other devs don't have the patience or skill to deal with. For free. He also doesn't post the source code somewhere else.
You better watch your slander against the High Priest. How about the position of privilege you were given with a sticky thread for the leader board you edit and lie about?

While were on the subject of PnP. I asked this question when PnP was first introduced, cant remember if i got an answer. In the rules intentionally causing xp loss to someone is against PnP. So, im a wiz. I zone in, /who and see that my arch nemesis is close by fighting a mob. I run up to him, root him next to the mob, taking a tactical advantage, and nuke away. Am i in trouble with the GM police? Ive done this so many times on Rallos, this again is something i feel should not be against PnP. Other person can just /who, see the arch nemesis wiz in zone, go right in front of him with a mob on him to the zone line and plug. I never really seriously played while PnP was in effect, kinda made my peace about it because I know some people just dont give a shit if pop drops to 50 peak, so im trying to wrap my head around it

Staff have said that using NPCs to assist in a kill isn't against the rules as long as you still try to get the killing blow.

Selective enforcement of rules and arbitrarily determined punishment is the basis of corrupt, ineffective law enforcement both in the real world and the virtual. This goes all the way back to the start of Red99, with the mass banning of Holo while the original perpetrators walked away from the same crime scot-free... #wipeitclean2014
