Need legal advice from red99 PnP lawyers, Monk FD scenario, is it "legal" or not

You run up to a monk, hes fighting a single mob. You engage him, he feigns death to clear aggro, it aggros you, the monk engages you.

To me this should be legal, FD is part of the arsenal of the monk.

I dont like PnP, i think even training should go unpunished, but im not going to try to change that, it can get bad enough that i understand the rationale behind not wanting to allow people to train.

But this is a completely different scenario to my mind, and i just want to make sure this is perfectly legal.

Transferring aggro from one person to another is considered a train.

Another example of a train. A person runs to a group of 2 and aggros 2 mobs while running to them. One of the two people in that group he is attacking heals someone, the aggro transfers to that person/group. That is also a train.

I think it should be legal.
If you're going to engage a monk that is already engaged with a mob... then that's your issue to deal with. The monk should have every right to FD that mob on you

When the monk is on the offensive, i can understand. The monk getting jumped though, to me he should be allowed to FD to defend himself.

The person attacking is taking advantage of the player who is currently attacking a mob. The monk in this case should either fight with the mob on them, run away and then FD dropping aggro when the attacker is not in aggro range.

No one engages someone who is currently fighting a mob by accident. They do it to gain the upper hand and use the mob to help dps, which can result in them griefing an XP loss very easily.

imo this is something you need to expect is going to happen when you jump a Monk, Necro, or SK soloing.

you stupid? if im a monk, sk, necro the first thing im gonna do if attacked is clear agro off me. same as if i was a cleric, i would DA. only an idiot would think this is training.

So because a monk is soloing when someone tries to pk him, the monk is required to tank two targets OR run away and magically drop aggro while being pursued? Someone help me out, this guy is a troll right.
