Yep, he also ate my items. Didn't know about this thread until I asked about it in guild... So now the wait begins.... (waiting period for reimbursement... and npc reset)

Maybe he should be made to be temporarily super hard to kill before his script is fixed?

He is temporarily (until next patch or zone resets) fixed in game. At patch time, he will be fixed for real.

Not entirely sure what's wrong with this, but after reloading scripts for DL, he responded and worked for me.

If he responds to your hails, it should be gtg.

As far as reimbursements, make individual posts in petition/exploit: reimbursement.

Just to add to this issue

Brother Balatin's spawn/placeholder is having a tendency to spawn under the pyramid. I had Amelinda help with it, but I can see this causing an issue with it spawning out of agro range.

I haven't seen it fail yet if he responds to your hails. So if he didn't respond you shouldn't have handed it in. Follow the information Nilbog has posted. I quoted it for you.
