The ability to meme does not guarantee a valid viewpoint. And I am genuinely curious how much you understand about what I see (anonymously) when I read your posts. Though I'll be first to admit this may not be the right venue.

At the end of the day, what stands paramount to me is, will you be willing to alter your own not just opinions, but practices, if and when you are shown something that either makes more sense, just works better, or proves something you're attached to wrong in a way which you understand and agree?

There can be a point of singularity where there is so much crime, so much of it is not getting solved, that people become disincentivized to waste their time reporting it. Thus the “reported” crime rate actually goes DOWN

If I just had my car window smashed for the 3rd time, and the past 2 times police did jack shit, what benefit would it be for me to wait around 3 hours for them to show up, another hour putting in the report, just for it to result in nothing again?

There’s all sorts of little things unaccounted for that go into crime rates. As Cider says, crimes tend to happen to other members of THAT community. Which means illegals are most often committing crimes within a community of a lot of illegals. And if the victim is an illegal fearing deportation, they are less likely to report the crime. Which affects the “crime rate”

I saw some chattering that Cali lowered their crime rates by munis no longer reporting it to I think it was the FBI.
