Werent Halfling rangers introduced in Velious?

Thulak, you get grandfathered in, because 10 years Ranger main.

Trust me i know how it works. Spent 10 years with everyone hating me cause i was a ranger and then rangers hated me because i was a halfling. There was no love for me!

Now, now. They just shouldn't be Rangers or Paladins. They make perfectly acceptable varieties of the rest of the classes they had.
