As the leader of Az it's your sole responsibility to police the behavior of your members. Forgive my ignorance, but is Jib not in your guild now? Your response here is encouraging, but in the VERY SAME THREAD you have what I assume is one of your guildmates spouting ignorantly blind hatred that completely undermines what you're saying.

Will you allow that to continue without repercussion? Your message means absolutely nothing without putting a handle on the conduct of your members.

The staff isn't saying we have to all hold hands, Bardalicious. Jibeknn is free to hate any and all, obviously. They're asking us to foster a better environment for new players, and the two aren't necessarily mutually exclusive depending on how you go about it.

How is it you think that Jibeknn is fostering a healthy environment for new players with what he's posting on the forums? Prospective new players will read that he's going to try to "grief anyone so hard that they'll quit" just for having a Nihilum guild tag in a thread that a GM made to promote civility? There's nothing healthy or competitive about that. It's pure pettiness and ignorance.

This server requires more than one guild to thrive. What's so hard about maintaining a healthy competitive spirit between the two? I mean, it's clear from his past banning for blatantly breaking the PNP that he's not interested in abiding by anything Deru is suggesting in this post, yet Lite is in the unique position on such a low population server that he can police his members with a low chance they'll quit to join a different guild.

Doing your best to grief someone off the server is contrary to fostering a better server no matter what guild tag they have. We're all free to do what we want, the staff asked us to help them build this server population and Jibeknn wholeheartedly declined. Not sure why you continue to defend his attitude, you seem like a generally reasonable person with an obvious agenda (to be fair, I put myself in that same category).

Players with his attitude are the exact type of person that comes in the way of progress. If it was someone wearing the Nihilum tag saying things like "I want to grief Azrael off the server" I'd speak out publicly against them, even if it was Niz.

please for the love of god do NOT add variance. this box has low pop atm we all know this and by adding variance its only going to greif the current players. variance is only good on a highly populated box maybe if we see numbers 200+ again i say go for it. but until then dont shoot your self in the foot
