it will blow over in time.. Best solution is to wait 2 weeks and start again. I was one of them bitching about not having zerg xp because i came late to the party but I'm lvl 49 now and I started a few days ago.. So I really can't complain

note to anyone starting .. if you want to level up fast pick a PbAE'r / Healer / bard-type or tank.. First time playing DAOC and it seems melee are useless for leveling

Melee become more useful if you have a aug shaman and cleric. 4 zerker/savage/shadowblade 1 skald 1 warrior 1 aug healer and 1 aug shaman would be a pimp ass group. Healer would make you swing faster while the shaman adds dmg to every swing.

Also melee lands easily on purps so you could chain pull them. Probably < 10secs a kill.

Don't know about that so far i've only seen PbAE groups (for levels 25+). I'm in Hib so I don't know about other realms
