Drink a gallon of water or near it, brush teeth, coffee after brushing
Depends on weather or locale but generally gym or run before eating, then I come back and eat. Alaska has messed this up because the gym here is generally packed with losers not doing much in the early AM and it’s too cold / I can’t put run a bear to go run outside in darkness | ||
