The quote is from the post Kanras made "Regarding Major Changes". It is a response to someone talking about bugs that are not fixed or being fixed and are posted on by many with no responses made by dev's (other then the "the boat is working and i'm on it right now" reply LOL).

It starts off talking about unintentional changes/nerfs that went in due to patches; someone that has posted in this thread mentioned the shuttle being down and asked for an ETA or acknowledgement; Kanras acknowledged.

Yeah I had to swim out in the water, and try to swim with the boat as it zoned... worked as I zoned into Erud's crossing with the boat.

i just took the time to ride the boat all the way around. made sure when i got into erudin to ride the skiff to the docks and back.

this all works again.

I'm on the shuttle with what seems to be Lev. Shuttle hasn't moved for a while. I did see the shuttle move this morning.

Still seems broken in my book.
