This don't make sense from a "logical," point of view... If say some random magic user- charms a victim and finally the charm breaks. Would not the victim wonder ... Why they were so bent on doing anything the caster wanted? Prior exposure would make the victim MORE resistant not less.

And sure i believe there should be some middle ground. The people that are saying they have no problem are the ones who are stacking RM debuffs.
