Don't forget it's not all American here. For instance i'm Canadian and my thanksgiving was in October.
You'll still benefit from the weekend-portion of the bonus XP.

LOL

Normally I love to see XP bonus weekends for holidays but I honestly don't care if we get one with the new servers. I'm all ready on pace to hit 50 waaaaaaaay before kunark comes out.

I dont think it can ever actually go negative, but yes, the exp penalty compounds. So, mob gives 100 exp, but there is a hybrid, so that's -40% group splits 60 exp (after other racial and class mods are applied also.) If there are two hybrids, that 60 exp gets docked another 40%, resulting in 36 exp remaining to be split. A third hybrid, another 40%, 21.6 exp remains to be split, and so on, and so on.

This, at least, is my understanding of how the exp penalties work. I could be wrong, so ya.

Basically, its rough out there for them hybrid homies.
This is definitely inaccurate

You’re right. Would you take a look at my math at the bottom of page 2 and verify it? OP loves EXP mathematics and deserves to see a few more detailed analyses.

It was at this point I decided to no longer be kind to the casuals as they have extreme short term memory. They did this to themselves, unfortunately.
