Thanksgiving EXP bonus Where that bonus at? |
|
Imagine 6 Troll SKs in a group, they would actually lose EXP while killing mobs if they did not have a Thanksgiving Holiday bonus... think of the trolls! |
|

This, at least, is my understanding of how the exp penalties work. I could be wrong, so ya. Basically, its rough out there for them hybrid homies. |

https://www.project1999.com/forums/s...d.php?t=211758 I thought class penalties were removed? Are they still in game? (sorry, I'm a noob here still) |

They are currently active on teal and green. |

Yes, respectfully, the math above is not correct. Let’s imagine a 5-person group of all priests (no exp bonus or penalty) of equal level kills a mob that grants 1000 exp. M1 Druid: 20% of the 1000 exp = 200 exp M2 Druid: 20% of the 1000 exp = 200 exp M3 Druid: 20% of the 1000 exp = 200 exp M4 Druid: 20% of the 1000 exp = 200 exp M5 Druid: 20% of the 1000 exp = 200 exp Now let’s replace one druid with a Human shadowknight. He requires 40% more exp to level up. From each kill, he should get 40% more exp than the druids take. However, they’re still sharing the same exp pie. This means he takes a little bit from the others. M1 Human SK: 25.9% = 259 exp M2 Druid: 18.5% = 185 exp M3 Druid: 18.5% = 185 exp M4 Druid: 18.5% = 185 exp M5 Druid: 18.5% = 185 exp You’ll notice 185 * 140% = 259. And the SK’s exp bar appears to go up by the same amount the druids’ exp bars go up. |
