Again, there are 200-300 non-empire players online every night. What is stopping all those players from joining other guilds?

Seriously, blue players have come over here and twice done exactly what you suggest can't be done, only to have those efforts internally undermined by long time red players.
Zergling please.

Empire raids 80 deep and if you run around in some other zones they aren't raiding in you will find another 60 easy.

You have half the server pop in 1 guild.

More lemming targets.

I don't mind, just trying to correct the misinformation being vomited all over the forums.

Let me ask it another way since no one wants to answer the question as originally phrased.

Fresh had more members than Empire, what broke that up?
Good Guys had more members than Empire, what broke that up?
TMO had more members/applicants than Empire, what broke that up?

There are hundreds of players on every night that are not in empire, but any guild not being led by a player from the blue server seems to implode above 25 people and incapable of playing with any other group.

Empire may be a result of the problem, but it isn't the problem.

Lastly, calling me a zergling is wrong.

Think about it little zergling.

Fresh was a leveling guild. Half of its members were from other guilds. I never saw fresh raid over 40 people.

Good guys was a last ditch effort, a Hail Mary, it was supposed to break up.

TMO never had a raid over 40 people either.

You make up 50 percent of the server pop at any given moment.

I asked what was at fault for breaking those efforts up, not how many raiders those guild fielded.

Empire could stop recruiting and I doubt anything would change, because Empire recruiting isn't the problem.

Ironically you calling me a zergling illustrates the point I'm making about blaming the wrong source.
