But you need to cultivate this to happen. It's simple math really: give people a chance and they will reward you. P.s the thing I never understand about the other team is they claim they want server health, and PvP health, but give nothing back to help promote this.... and as you can clearly see when that team was removed from their position of power by the server banding together to cast them off; the health of the server starts to grow. I am not a major factor on this server but I do care about Red99. The Red99 team have given me something I thought long lost many years ago and to have another chance at Classic EQ PvP is beyond words to me. I'm getting older now and these new games with all the sparkle and glitter and cute little things that appeal to the kid generation do not appeal to me. Live EQ just isn't EQ anymore, it has been dumbed down beyond recognition now.
"This" is all I have now for an MMO that I really enjoy. I understand we have pricks here, we have people that think being cool is griefing newbies with no armor with there level 12 Epics and lowbie Fungi Tunic twinks. Nothing you can do about that, but without a doubt some of the coolest people I have ever met in my MMO gaming life have come from right here. Derek who I currently Duo with, Wendell who I hope to bring back here. In game people like Gongshow (/saute my friend), Busto, Gyno and a select other few ... I could not say anything bad about them if I tried. Red99 is not that bad, hell ... I stream a lot when I play here www.twitch.tv/MaSQue_ "follow my stream bitches" , sure I get Snipers (got sniped last night) , I even lost my old dedicated group I ran with on Syreal because of shit happening in stream but overall it is just an awesome server and Blue players should really give it a try, find people to run with, make friends, find a a lowbie guild or make one themselves. A person can either give it an honest try and go in with a clear mind or sit around a bitch and complain about the bad shit here .... in the end the choice is there is and no one can make it for them. I currently Duo with my friend, Cleric/Monk combo .... leveling is sloooooooow but one day down the road maybe we can get leveled up. I will try to stream our sessions as much as possible depending on Snipers, I highlight and upload all of my streams to Youtube https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCyM...ckrgdFg/videos (except the ones Twitch copyrights for music and mutes". I know for sure my stream has brought 10-12 new players to this server and I have a small group of dedicated viewers that tune into my stream daily. I understand the risks involved with streaming Red99 openly, but I chose to do it to try to help this server, so to say it bluntly, instead of standing around complaining and crying over stupid shit or complaining about how this or that person has done something to hurt the server, maybe get off our asses and go make a difference, go do something to make a difference. I personally would not mind trying to find a way to use my Stream even more than now to promote Red99 and would love to hear any ideas or suggestions on this. I really want to see Red99 do well.
